Welcome! Thank you for investing in your financial education with Mrs Smart Money Ltd.

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Complete Order,” or any other phrase on the purchase button, entering your credit card or payment information, or otherwise rendering payment (either in full or via a payment plan) for any of our products, courses, or programs, you (“Client” or “Customer”) agree to entering into a legally binding agreement with Mrs Smart Money Ltd (“Company”), managed by Kel Galavan (“Owner”).

Your access and use of this Site and our Programs are subject to the following legally binding terms and conditions. The Company may modify, amend, supplement, or replace these terms at any time without advance notice. Your continued use of this Site and our Programs after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Introduction

Mrs Smart Money Ltd is a registered company licensed in Ireland, Europe. The Company provides clients with online educational courses, digital materials, and community platforms (collectively referred to as the “Program” or “Programs”) designed to enhance financial literacy and foster a healthier relationship with money.

2. Disclaimers

A. Informational and Educational Purposes Only

The material appearing on the websites www.mrssmartmoney.com, www.mrssmartmoney.ie, www.kelgalavan.com, www.kelgalavan.ie, and https://mrssmartmoney2.vipmembervault.com/ (collectively, "this Site") or within our Programs is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended as personal financial, legal, investment, or psychological advice.

The Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates assume no responsibility or liability for any consequences resulting directly or indirectly from any action or inaction you take based on the information found within our digital spaces. Following any recommendations provided is entirely at your own risk.

B. No Guarantees

The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific financial outcomes, savings amounts, or investment returns. Personal finance depends heavily on individual execution, starting points, and market conditions. By purchasing a Program, you accept all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with financial decisions you make.

C. Scope of Services

The Company and Kel Galavan do not act as your personal financial advisor, accountant, lawyer, therapist, or broker.

Our Programs do not include:

Individualized, regulated financial advice.
Direct management of your personal accounts, investments, or business expenses.
Mental health counseling or therapeutic services.

D. Third-Party Platforms and Community Groups

From time to time, Programs may feature community access (e.g., a student-only Facebook Group or platform community). The Company is not responsible for the behavior, opinions, or private communications of other students.

Furthermore, our digital products are hosted on third-party platforms (such as MemberVault). While we strive for seamless delivery, the Company is not liable for technical outages, data limits, or downtime caused directly by these third-party providers.

E. Zero-Tolerance Behavioural Policy

To protect our learning environments, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding harassment. This includes abusive language, hate speech, spamming, unwanted private messages to other students, and intimidating behavior directed at Company staff or fellow members.

Violation of this policy will result in one (1) warning. A second infraction will result in immediate removal from the Program and community spaces, alongside a permanent ban from future offerings, with no refund issued.

3. Intellectual Property

A. Copyright Ownership

All materials created by the Owner and Company—including videos, workbooks, audio files, formulas, course layouts, logos, and written text—are protected by Irish and international copyright laws. This materials are considered proprietary Intellectual Property owned exclusively by Mrs Smart Money Ltd.

B. Limited, Non-Exclusive License

When you purchase a Program, you are granted a single, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use only.

You agree that you will not:

Copy, share, resell, or redistribute any materials to family, friends, or colleagues.
Use our frameworks, the "7-step mindful money system," or proprietary methods to teach your own clients, audience, or students for commercial gain.
"Mirror" or upload our content to any other server or public platform.

C. Intellectual Property Infringement

If the Company suspects or identifies that our content has been plagiarized, misappropriated, or resold, your access will be terminated immediately. The Company reserves the right to pursue full legal remedies, including recovering all administrative costs and legal fees incurred while investigating and resolving the infringement.

4. Program Access and Updates

A. Lifetime Access

Clients receive access to the digital course curriculum for the "lifetime" of the Program’s commercial availability. If the Company decides to retire a Program, you will be given reasonable advance notice to access or download relevant core materials where applicable.

B. Community Access Extensions

If a Program includes access to a private student community, this access is typically limited to twelve (12) months from enrollment unless stated otherwise. Extensions or continued access beyond this period may be offered for an additional fee.

C. Course Updates and Add-On Bonuses

The Company actively updates core curriculums to keep them current. You will automatically receive updates made to the specific Program you purchased. However, specialized masterclasses, live coaching components, or separate "Add-On Bonuses" introduced later are not guaranteed for free and may require an additional purchase.

5. Indemnification and Limitation of Liability

As a condition of using this Site and our Programs, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mrs Smart Money Ltd, its directors, and employees from any liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your participation in the course or your implementation of any financial adjustments.

In no event shall the Company's maximum liability to you exceed the total amount you paid for the Program.

6. Confidentiality and Testimonials

A. Mutual Confidentiality

The Company respects your privacy and will protect your personal data. Likewise, you agree to keep any proprietary information shared inside our closed student groups strictly confidential.

B. Testimonials

By sharing wins, milestones, or positive feedback inside our public forums, Facebook Groups, or via direct messages/emails, you grant the Company permission to use these comments as marketing testimonials. To protect your privacy, the Company will blur or remove your last name and any highly sensitive financial numbers before publishing screenshots.

C. Non-Disparagement

You agree to refrain from making public, defamatory, or untrue statements regarding the Company’s products, services, or reputation. If you experience an issue, you agree to resolve it professionally through our designated private support channels.

7. Payments and Financial Defaults

A. Payment Obligations

By choosing to buy a Program, you agree to pay the full purchase price, whether you pay in a single lump sum or select a split-payment/installment option (if available) at checkout. You authorize the Company to automatically charge your original payment method (Credit Card, Stripe, or PayPal) for any scheduled installments.

B. Default and Grace Periods

If an installment payment fails, you have seven (7) business days to update your billing details before your course access is automatically paused.

To support students experiencing temporary hardships, the Company allows a maximum three-month Grace Period to get back on track.
Missed payments kept delinquent beyond this Grace Period will incur a 10% late fee per month for up to one year, which must be cleared before course access is restored.

C. Chargebacks and PayPal Disputes

We ask that you contact customer support directly to resolve billing disputes. Unilateral chargebacks or opening automated disputes via PayPal/Stripe without prior written consultation with the Company will result in immediate removal from the Program and permanent blocklisting from all future offers.

D. Taxes and Banking Fees

The Company is not responsible for any international transaction fees, foreign exchange rate fluctuations, or local taxes levied by your specific banking institution.

8. "Do the Work" Refund Policy

A. Our Philosophy

We want you to succeed, but real financial change requires action. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind, unexpected busy schedules, or a change in personal circumstances. We operate a strict "Do the Work" Refund Policy.

B. Eligibility Window

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at support@mrssmartmoney.com within 14 days of your initial purchase date.

C. Required Evidence of Work

Your refund request must include full proof that you have engaged with the materials and given them an honest try. Your application must include:

Course Progression: Proof of a member portal progress rate of at least 75%, including watching the lesson videos.
Worksheet Completion: Completed copies of the Program worksheets and action items demonstrating at least a 75% completion rate.
Action Items: Direct proof of executing the assigned tasks (e.g., tracking sheets for your No Spend Days/No Spend Challenge).
Written Feedback: A brief, one-page summary detailing the top three lessons you learned from the material and an objective explanation of why the Program framework did not suit your financial needs.

Decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of the Company and are evaluated against the completeness and honesty of the submitted work.

9. Miscellaneous Legal Terms

Entire Agreement: This Document constitutes the entire legal agreement between you and Mrs Smart Money Ltd regarding your purchase and supersedes any prior verbal discussions or emails.
Severability: If any specific clause of this agreement is found to be unenforceable under local law, that single clause will be modified to reflect the original intent, and the remainder of the agreement will remain fully enforceable.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising under this agreement that cannot be resolved via customer support shall be addressed through binding arbitration in Ireland.
